Shipping Policy

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next working day.

  • During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped.

2. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days (depending on location).

  • Delivery times may vary for remote areas.

  • Unexpected delays due to courier services, weather, or public holidays are beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods or above a certain order value.

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your order status.

5. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate.
Vaidya Bliss is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and consumable health products, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged during transit

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product is expired upon delivery

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and unopened

  • The return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery

  • Proof (photos/videos) must be provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Change of mind

  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality

  • Products purchased during clearance or special offers (if mentioned)

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  2. Mention your Order ID

  3. Attach clear photos/videos of the issue

Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

If approved, we will arrange pickup (where available) or guide you through the return process.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
